For more than 26 years I have been working as a consultant, trainer and mediator for clients of all sizes and industries, specializing in economic issues and communication in everyday business.
I see my task as a catalyst to change the perspective like a kaleidoscope
and to find new perspectives.
I offer all training formats in German and English, as well as in person or as an online event. Convincing results can also be achieved in virtual space. Collaborative tools such as TaskCard, Miro, Conceptboard and various video conferencing systems such as MS Teams, Zoom or WebEx are used.
- Diploma in business administration (DHBW) specializing in business informatics. This means a practice-oriented and analytical approach to all questions.
- Employee in chemistry as project manager in business training and consulting. Recognized the operational approach of business administration.
- Worked in sales as a commercial agent, trained in the insurance industry.
- Lecturer at universities to update my basic scientific knowledge
- Graduate of the DGSL training in suggestopedics. This has had a lasting impact on my view of learning methods
- Certified LINC Personality Profiler – personality analysis based on the Big Five model
